These can happen or develop when anxiety, and the resulting bodily symptoms, becomes so overwhelming and unbearable, that you feel you will become ill if we don’t remove yourself from the situation immediately.
Although this helps in the short term, the management of anxiety is never learnt, so these particular situations have to be avoided in the future, however inconvenient or limiting this may be.
