don’t let worries keep you awake. If you’re worrying about a problem or what you need to do the next day, have a notepad next to your bed and jot down the problem or the idea for solving it that’s going round and round in your head. This helps in 2 ways
Avoid frustration. If sleep’s just not happening, don’t lie there, get up and distract yourself with something calming like relaxing music or reading. Go back to bed when you feel sleepy again.
