I believe a lot of our difficulties come from what it means to be a human being in a challenging world – we don’t always realise that it’s understandable to feel the way we do. In all my work I aim to provide a warm and collaborative space so you can feel free to explore your troubles and dilemmas - we’ll work together to develop fresh perspectives and a new sense of what’s possible for you.
