My therapist had a very calming influence on me and encouraged me to feel good about myself and not feel guilty.
I had a very positive experience, I felt on a good wavelength with my counsellor and the process has helped to underpin my recovery and assisted in my gaining insight.
My therapist didn’t take sides but he was still able to identify some issues and took time to get to the root of them – very useful sessions.
My counsellor was very helpful in helping me look at certain situations from a different perspective. She was responsive to my individual needs and wishes and it was my pleasure to work with her.
She helped me feel both safe in leaving therapy and able to come back if I want to.
I enjoyed my sessions tremendously and I feel so lucky that I got a chance to learn a lot about relationships as well as finding my authentic self through her.
