Anna’s approach to her therapy work is informed by a wealth of knowhow having gained significant experience in NHS and Mind services. She offers an integrative therapy approach, combining a warm accepting attitude with ways to change thoughts and behaviour for the better, she considers how past experiences might lead to unhelpful patterns of relating or behaving in the present – all with a view to helping clients feel better and lead more fulfilling lives. Anna consults with you to agree on a way of working to address goals. Anna has specialist training in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing. ). Her experience covers relieving depression, anxiety, phobias and trauma, bereavement as well as addressing longer lasting relational difficulties.
Anna has travelled around the world and worked in a number of countries, she values multi-culturalism and diversity. She is fluent in English and also offers therapy in Greek.
