Sundeep is a highly experienced therapist with over 15 years of practice, specializing in family and couples therapy and working with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety and depression. She is dedicated to helping people build stronger, healthier relationships and navigate the complexities of modern life.

Sundeep brings extensive expertise in family therapy, working with families, including children and adolescent, who are navigating transitions, behavioural challenges, and shifting dynamics within the home. Drawing on her experience with CAMHS, the NHS, and Social Services, she supports families in reducing conflict, strengthening communication, and building mutual understanding. She uses a range of evidence-based approaches, including Functional Family Therapy, to help families create lasting, positive change.

As an experienced Couple Therapist, Sundeep works with partners to address a wide range of relationship challenges. These include issues around trust and fidelity, communication difficulties, recurring conflict, work-related pressures, and emotional disconnection. She provides a supportive and structured space where couples can openly explore their concerns, gain a deeper understanding of one another, and develop healthier ways of relating. Her work focuses on rebuilding trust, improving communication, and helping couples reconnect to foster more secure and fulfilling relationships.

Sundeep offers individual therapy to support clients with personal challenges affecting their wellbeing and relationships. She works collaboratively to build insight, resilience, and support meaningful, lasting change.

Sundeep also has a special interest in disability issues and in working with people from diverse cultural, social, and international backgrounds, ensuring her practice is inclusive, sensitive, and responsive to individual needs.
