Family & Couple Therapist

Sundeep is an experienced and highly qualified therapist. She has 10 years’ knowhow in helping people strengthen their relationships. She specialises in working with families, including children and adolescents, that are coping with the challenges of modern life and the changing dynamics and transitions that often affect relationships between family members.

Sundeep draws on her experience in family therapy with CAMHS, other parts of the NHS, and with Social Service providers to promote improved relationships, enhancing confidence and positive behaviour, helping de-escalate tensions and enabling mutual understanding. She is able to use a range of evidence-based approaches to support change, one of which includes Functional Family Therapy approaches.

Sundeep also has a special interest in disability issues and working with people from various cultures, classes and countries. As an experienced Couple Therapist, Sundeep works with couples to enable positive change to overcome the range of difficulties that can affect relationships from trust and fidelity issues, work stress and time-poor relationships, and helping couples rekindle a sense of closer connection.
