A picture of Sybil Qasar

I will work with you at your pace, to open up those ‘brave spaces’, where we can co-create a way forward to uncover new perspectives. I use the technique of ‘respectful curiosity’, asking unexpected and challenging questions, in a respectful way. My approach is to see people not as problems to be solved, but as individuals with valuable opinions.
